As a first time student of the 2009 Basic class, I was very impressed on the way the instructors explained the evolutions and then let the student apply the techniques. Coming from a small dept they were able to show different techniques on a smaller scale and still get the job done. If you have any doubts about going to this school, don't, just fill out the registration and go! You, your dept, and your community will appreciate it!

As a returning student, I am greatly looking foward to swapping ideas, sharing safe techniques, and most of all, gaining friends. To all that are not quite sure wether or not tomake the drive to Katy. DO IT. I added a great amout of material to my personal tool box. Take avantage of one of the best rescue schools in the nation. It will be worth your while.
