2010 Katy Rescue School - General Information Sheet

Location:     Morton Ranch High School, 21000 Franz Rd, Katy, TX 77449

Friday, November 12, 2010:

• Registration:
  • 5:00 PM - 6:45 PM in the Cafeteria of Morton Ranch High School
• Orientation & Lectures:
  • 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM in the Performing Arts Center (PAC) of Morton Ranch High School
  • MANDATORY FOR FULL CREDIT

Saturday & Sunday, November 13-14, 2010:

• Parking:
  • All students must park in the East Parking Lot of Morton Ranch High School on both Saturday and Sunday.
• Equipment:
  • Participants must bring their own NFPA or OSHA approved protective equipment to include the minimum of a firefighter's helmet with chin strap, shield & protective safety glasses and earflaps, a short bunker coat with moisture barrier, bunker pants, boots, and gloves.
  • Students may wear extrication jumpsuits so long as they are NFPA approved and coded.
  • Beards or long sideburns in the face piece seal area are prohibited.
